Many people ask “What’s up with the planes?”

My pop was a navy pilot in WW2 and I grew up with a love and appreciation for flying and the planes from that era.  I volunteered at the Planes of Fame air museum and flew the old planes with him including our logo, the P-40, named Ms. Josephine after my mother.

When I decided to open a restaurant I chose not to purchase a franchise instead I designed my restaurant around my personality and high standards.  Wherever possible we make everything from scratch; including ice cream, soup, sauces, salad dressings and only use the highest quality and freshest ingredients. Produce and dairy are delivered through out the week. Our meats are delivered daily from a local butcher, as is our bread from a local bakery.  I am a firm believer of; “quality in, quality out.”

I try to constantly evolve and improve our menu and atmosphere.  I hope by paying attention to the “little” details helps make the Harry's a local favorite.  Sharing your experiences and suggestions makes you part of Harry’s Family.

Fun Facts: The B-29 was the first production aircraft to have fully pressurized crew compartments.
